PAST EVENTS:

MAY 27 – EXCHANGE STUDENTS AND LADIES NIGHT THEME THURSDAY – AT MARK AND DEBBIE SOBECK’S BOAT HOUSE – We had rooftop dining, seated at round tables under a tent. Wyoming Rotary hosted 3 exchange students at a catered dinner served by Appletree Terrace from Newberry. Unfortunately the 7 other students could not attend due to various other commitments. We enjoyed beautiful weather, a delicious dinner with fellowship and interesting talks from the students who will travel abroad. There were also boat rides from Dr. Z. and Mike Sobeck. We had birthday cake for President Mark’s 54th as dessert. Thanks Mark and Debbie for hosting this event and thanks to Melissa Saxon of the Dallas Club for coordinating the students.

JUNE 3 – THURSDAY – WYOMING ROTARY 19th ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT - Mill Race Golf Club. John Piszak, Chairman. 11:00 a.m. - Shotgun Start. Captain and Crew format. Come early. Two hot dog lunch, chips and beverage at the little pavilion. Mulligans, skins, and prizes. Steak dinner to follow. Cost is $80.00 per person. JUNE 17 – THURSDAY – RIVER GRILLE OUTDOOR DECK, PLAINS – Outgoing President’s Fun Night at 6:00 p.m. Chairman, Prez Mark. Reservations due to Pizzie for installation night which is next Thursday, June 24.

JUNE 20 to JUNE 23 – INTERNATIONAL ROTARY CONFERENCE, MONTREAL, CANADA – Members road trip??

June 24 – THURSDAY – FRESCO GRILL, DALLAS SHOPPING CENTER – Installation Night. 6:00 p.m. – Cocktails; 7:00 p.m. – Dinner. Chairman, First Vice President Bill Pizzolato to handle reservations. We will order off the menu and have individual bar tabs, to be paid by each member that night

JULY 1 – THURSDAY – FIRE AND ICE, TRUCKSVILLE - Review of plans and objectives of new President John Harrington.
